「thanks u for very nice place and clean i really loved i will cominng back soon」

「First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID...

「Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.」

「It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong.」

「It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. 」

「We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.」
