"The staff is wonderful. My suggestion to improve would be to install a fresh coffee machine such as a costa coffee or Bun machine. Improve on the breakfast selection with better food. Old bagels, no fruit, no hot food, is not the standard for this level of hotel "

"I typically don't care for hotel breakfasts, but the eggs and sausage were fresh and the English muffins hit the spot! The staff was wonderful. I didn't get everyone's name that helped us, but Emily was friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and when asked sbout a specific restaurant we were thinking of trying, was able to help guide us. Her opinion was spot on and we loved the restaurant! Another employee was kind enough to look through lost and found for us and let us borrow a block for our charger so we could charge our phone. He was super nice to do that for us and we appreciate it very much. And yet another employee was kind as we checked out. No grumpy employees here! The bed was ultra comfortable and we slepg well. The room was very clean and we have no complaints at all about our stay."
