"This is our 3rd stay. We travel to Houston every other week for work. Every trip has had an issue, no hot water, elevator down and now ROACHES? I have 3 stays in May and i am cancelling them right now!"

"This is a property where you can just tell they are pinching pennies in every way possible. Housekeeping every other day, without the ability to request daily. Not running air conditioning in the hallways other than the lobby (wild choice in 90+ degree heat). My room had a musty smell that was coming right out of the air conditioner. Mirrors and floors weren’t really cleaned between guests - still had visible dirt/spills/stains. It worked for what it was, but I will look elsewhere next time."

"The hotel, amenities and shuttle were nice. Just don’t stay in room 621 - lots of plumbing issues. Toilet didn’t flush and shower didn’t drain. It was all reported to the front desk."
