「Clean rooms,very friendly and helpful staff and loved the decor」

「Before arriving at the hotel, I tried calling about 25 times because of urgent personal issues, but no one answered. When I finally checked in, I noticed that the hotel was old and had a musty odor that was poorly masked by an air freshener. I confronted the front desk agent about my attempts to reach them. 「We enjoyed the hot beverage station in the lobby. Our only complaint was that they need to enforce a noise policy for guests who gather in the lobby or upstairs sitting area that is right outside of guests’ rooms. More than a dozen noisy people gathered in the small 2nd floor area which was right outside our door late in the evening until after 10 pm, The area is open to the lobby below, so the front desk attendant was very aware and didn’t do anything about it until we went down to complain....

「The hotel was very attractive the rooms very nice spacious and clean. bathroom was clean. Sometimes hotels really turn me off with a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower,however could not find fault with my stay. Breakfast was adequate.」
