Exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and spacious. I loved the balcony for morning coffee and for evening dinners. We had an amazing view from the 10th floor. I loved the big kitchen. Two grocery stores and the beach very close by. We had the One plus one apartment.

Great place to stay, with easy beach access. My family (2 adults, 4 kids) all loved it. Clean, comfortable and nice!

Clean room, good communication with the staff. AC worked great. The jacuzzi tub was excellent for tired, weary muscles.

This hotel was indeed a special find even though road access was more difficult - narrow gravel road - it was worth it! Lovely accommodation with great breakfast included in room rate. We enjoyed dinner the previous evening which was also excellent with a good selection of wines. Views were magnificent and staff welcoming and friendly. A wonderful stay.

Great room, spotlessly clean, fresh cup of hot tea brought to my room on arrival. Great little town square area of restaurants and pubs just a 2 minutes drive down the street. Would stay again with no hesitation.

Lauren was such a wonderful host. Everything was perfect. We loved our stay in Snells Beach at Tahi Lodge and wished we had spent more time there.

We found our stay and the Maxim to be beyond a 5⭐️ experience. Staff was friendly, attentive, and super helpful. Facilities were immaculate.. Can’t say enough good things about the Maxim.

I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard...

I arrived after hours and the key retrieval was easy. During the stay the room was cleaned very well and the staff was always friendly and accomdating.

After a month in NZ, this was probably the nicest place we’ve stayed. It felt like we were visiting a friend’s home, instead of staying in a hotel. Sitting room cozy, kitchen modern, fully equipped and clean. Hosts very friendly. Close to town which wasn’t too touristy.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Liani in particular was exceptional. She assisted us on numerous occasions throughout our staff and even assisted with making sure we were able to get the best rate that was appropriate for our stay and our group. Her customer service skills were second to none. I believe she was from South America (possibly Chili). Wherever she's from, the quality of her training and upbringing really showed through. Nice, spacious, comfortable room

The Quest Albany is a great hotel for a longer stay. I went to go fishing with a colleague and was suggested the Hotel as it was in close proximity to the house he was staying in with family. Although the hotel does not offer room service or a restaurant, it has really good restaurants just adjacent within a 30 seconds walk. The Albany Bakery and Cafe is excellent.
