「Hi we only had one night here sadly. I’m from Christchurch and was with Wellington family. We had never ventured here before and wow the view is unmatched. Our favourite moments were wandering the nearby track to the lighthouse at sunset and enjoying breakfast on the deck (which is right in the shore) as the sun streamed in. Owner was very helpful and was open to hearing our suggestions on some tweaks. Comfortable beds and couch with a well supplied kitchen.」

「Lovely large house in nice rural setting. Good heating ensured it was warm. Kitchen very well supplied with utensils etc. Very clean. Only negative feedback relates to the quality and supply of the linen we paid extra for. We had to make the beds, and linen was not overly good quality and bit limited (1towel each & no flannels). Also the “5th bedroom” is bit misleading as is a pull out couch in the kitchen. Fine for family but not appropriate for our arrangement where separate bedrooms were...

「Beautiful home surrounded by nature. Great communication with host. Although it seems isolated, there are neighbors within close proximity therefore must keep music to a minimal. Otherwise great for a quiet getaway.」

「We had a nice relaxing break at this property. Had everything you’ll need. Lovely views. Just a quick drive to the beach, very handy. Great communication with Michael who was very accommodating. Will hopefully get to stay again. Thank you. 」

「The property was totally fit for purpose and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The only downside was that it did get a little noisy early on Monday morning as it is in an industrial area. We were woken by a noisy rubbish truck. Can't be helped though!」

「The house is perfectly located, ease acces to playground, cafes, etc. The sea view from every rooms was stunning.」

「Loved the fact that two bedrooms were in a separate part of the house and gave privacy to everyone. Bathrooms great, kitchen amazing and location was fantastic. Wish we had more time to use all the facilities like the pools. Would stay again.」

「We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. The house is gorgeous, new and beautifully styled (we all admired the colour scheme) with lovely touches like blankets for sitting outside while we watched the sun rise. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, the fireplace a lovely spot to unwind in front of and the view absolutely stunning. Thank you Rhonda, it was the perfect place for a last girls' weekend away.」
