「This isn’t a modern chain establishment but a more personal kind of hotel which had a friendly personality all its own. We could not have been more pleased.」

「Booked this hotel as it declared to be equipped with EV charging station. Once arrived, I found out that the EVs didn't work. I feel I was tricked to book.」

「It was surely not a four stars hotel to me.」
