"Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "

"Breakfast was ok but we found it difficult to get healthy food. There seemed to be a finite amount of fruit and yogurt (managed to get a yogurt one morning out of four). That said we opted for 8 am breakfast and might have had more luck earlier. Hotel was well located and felt really secure. I would stay there again."

On the first day, we found out that the air conditioning was not available, so the room was extremely hot, and they did not have portable fans. From our understanding, this was due to government regulations. The next day, they transferred us to a larger room where the sun did not hit directly, which made a big difference. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent."
