The staff is willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one, the hotel being within a mall is quite convenient with many dining options and shopping within a minute’s walk! This combination really made our stay a great one. Kudos to the hotel staff for making sure we always had what we needed and for always providing suggestions for what to do in Santiago and surrounding areas."

"My sister and I stayed at Hotel Balneario Río Pambre on our second day of the Camino de Santiago, and it was absolutely perfect. Malva was wonderful — so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed an amazing massage, cold plunge, and sauna — exactly what our bodies needed after a long walk. Dinner was spectacular, and the next morning they even prepared breakfast for us to take on the Camino. Everything was beyond expectations — peaceful, beautiful, and full of care. I’ll definitely come back. Truly the best hotel."
