「This is the most bare-bones hotel I’ve ever been in. No hairdryer, no iron, one bar of soap to share between the shower and sink, no Kleenex, no extra toilet paper, etc. You can get things at the front desk, if they are available. We were there for a graduation and a wedding and there were no more irons available, so wrinkled clothes were the fashion of the day. No breakfast, and the coffee machine was only available until 11 AM. We never received housekeeping once during our stay from Wednesday...

「The location is very quiet and next to the freeway. Close to gas stations and restaurants. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The parking is nice and clean. Front desk was nice too. I will stay here again in the future.」

「Mechanical system. Very loud. I set to heat - 65. Room was at least 70. It went on all night for 10 seconds but no heat. No way to turn off. Refrigerator. Very loud. Turned it to lowest setting. Still went on all night long. Uncomfortable mattress. No elevator.」

「Fantastic staff, clean rooms, large tv with options to login to streaming accounts such as Netflix. Laundry onsite.」

「When we checked in our AC was broken and making noises so loud we had to change rooms. When we did the new room we had was with a door that had to be shoved open and the shower didn’t work properly for temperature. Staff was nice but during breakfast weren’t sure about allergy options and didn’t have anyone who spoke English who was able to help which made it difficult to take advantage of that opportunity.」

「Wish there was an outdoor seating area or a patio to read a book or visit with friends outside. Staff was super nice! Microwave in the room would be nice too」

「Staying at Hines Mansion is an experience that is very different than a hotel. We have been here four times now and have LOVED the experience for different reasons each time. The historic nature and feel of the building is a huge plus for us, in addition to the nostalgia of staying there for our honeymoon 22 yrs ago. 」
