「What an unexpected gem! We recently stayed at Inside the Wall and would absolutely recommend this to anyone travelling to Lucca. We received welcome messages prior to our arrival. Our hostess met us on arrival and the room was both beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We had a small issue with the AC, but this was immediately rectified with above and beyond service.
