"Lovely three day stay in Menaggio where we really enjoyed the hotel. The property sits on the water and a sweet square, full of life, dog walking and beautiful views. Hotel Du Lac is like an inn, with a small coffee cafe restaurant on property. Everything we had there was wonderful, and the view of the lake and activity on the walkway was lovely. Special thanks to employee Faisal who was patient with me when I called being"lost" at another property of the same name in another lake town. He was kind, got us on the right ferry and welcomed us when we arrived at the front desk. He also was our server for a quick lunch upon arrival, and we felt well taken care of. Overall a quiet little town, not as crowded as some of the more known towns, and we highly recommend the town and Hotel Du Lac."

"Nous savions que la décoration était dans son "jus" et nous n'avons pas été déçus!La résidence est sympa, propre, bien entretenue et dans l'ensemble calme. Mais si on se concentre sur l'appartement, il y a plus de choses à dire :la vue lac n'est plus qu'une échappée: un immeuble est en cours de construction et les photos n'ont pas été mises à jour. Faire la cuisine relève du defis : 45 min pour faire bouillir de l'eau, une petite poele pour 4 personnes, pas de verre a pied ... Pas de balai, d'aspirateur dans l'appartement ! Si vous mangez à 4 sur la terrasse, plus personne ne peut bouger une fois assis!La télé ne fonctionne pas (c'était pendant le Tour de France ). Bon un coté positif non négligeable : la literie était bonne. Il y a de l'espace et une fois à l'interieur tout est bien assonorisé.Attention non sportif s'abstenir: la residence est sur les hauteurs de Menaggio et il n'est pas conseillé de se deplacer jusqu'au centre en voiture (pas beaucoup d'emplacement ou trés cher)"
