Bathroom some rust on the tub close to the faucet and drain on the sink in the bathroom was loose stopping the water going down. Air conditioner was too warm.. Employees were fantastic from the beginning of our staying until the end on any department. Congratulations to all your employees. "

"My stay exceeded my expectations. We were greeted by a very helpful guy at the front desk, who stored our bags and looked up directions for us. The room had a clean, bold design with incredible views of the city from the fifth floor. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The two twin beds were very comfortable, and the couch bed was suitable for a smaller sized person. I would absolutely stay here again due to the customer service, location, and style of the hotel. There is an elevator that was out of order for the first few hours we were there. This property is not handicap accessible. There is a flight of stairs to get from the street to the first floor the elevator is located there and is very small. Thank you for an incredible stay. "
