Perfect location. Breakfast was fine. The view was great from the ROOFTOP not from the room like it was advertised. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are way smaller, like a dorm almost. No noise canceling walls. I could hear everything in that hallway, doors slammed keys jingling. People talking. I was startled awake so many times. But they do hold your luggage after check out.

We loved this villa - it was very comfortable and well equipped and we loved the pool with its beautiful views. Fabio the owner was very friendly and made us very welcome. The location is rather remote - there isn't really anything in Vigneta and you need to drive to the nearest shop and restaurant. ...

We had no expectations on arrival and since, everything has been wonderful. Everyone is very nice and welcoming on property. The breakfast is amazing! We would gladly recommend a stay here.
