I loved the area, I think they need to spend a little money in this hotel , specially the area where they are which is amaizing. They need to clean a little more, although my room was very clean everything was very old and worn down. This property deserves some TLC to be the property once was.

Our apartment was huge and everything modern and luxurious. The hotel is across a small canal from the music conservatory so you can hear the classical musicians practicing. It’s simply magical! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The property is quiet but just a short walk to all the major tourist spots. A 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful. Classic rooms, modern enough with aircon, faded and eclectic to know you’re in Venice. Fantastic breakfast, lovely courtyard. Staff helpful and caring. Close to San Marco walking, San Zaccaria Vaporretto. Great to explore to alleyways and bridges in behind, full of restaurants and shops.
