"The place should have mentioned all the steps you had to walk … odd they didn’t mention that one of the bathrooms you had to walk outside and go up and down steps to get to it …. "The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!"
