"Excellent location, close to the chair lift and cable cars, across the street from a grocery store and right next to a ski rental shop. It is on Main Street and a little loud in the evening, but it was usually quiet after 9pm. It’s very clean and comfortable, staff is helpful. In Murren everything seems to close at 6pm, except hotel restaurants. "

"The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was ready early so they allowed me to check in as opposed to waiting for normal check in time which saved worrying about temporarily storing my luggage."

"It was a lovely experience. When staff realized that we were booked into a double room at the end of a steep staircase, they offered us a triple room on the second floor. For our hikes, we could use hiking sticks that were there for the guests to use. My wife could even use a pair of spikes. The food was wonderful prepared with love, and we had nice conversations. "

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff, breakfast in a beautiful room with a great selection of items and great view. Had a couple of requests that were handled quickly. The pool is warm in the winter and was never too busy. We will definitely be back."

"This place was the bomb! So spacious, unbelievable view. 100% would recommend staying here. We had 3 generations of family on our trip. Could barely get the grandparents to come in from the balcony. Every room and bathroom were very clean. All amenities we needed were in hand. We loved, loved, loved our property manager. She was amazing. Such a memorable trip. Would definitely come back here if the opportunity arises. "
