Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here.

This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding.

Loved the exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful. The room (panoramic view) was incredible, very spacious with amazing view of Mt. Eiger. Breakfast was tasty. Very walkable in Grindelwald and to/from train station. Stellar stay, I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and updated property. It’s nice to have the modern juxtaposition with the authentic Swiss surroundings. The staff was so kind and offered amazing local suggestions. They treated everyone like they were the only guests there. We did everything Svenja mentioned and had the best time. Fun story how the brothers run this spot and their parents run the hotel next door. Will be back!

Very beautiful hotel. Staff is super friendly. There was no mini fridge in the room, which was fine for us. The panoramic room is super spacious, lots of room to put away your clothes. The pillows were a little flat. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The breakfast had a lot of options and something things were made fresh for you. Would stay here again.

The service was excellent - some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. They were looking to make your time the best whether w/ getting drinks/food for you, making sure you knew where you were going in area/had tickets, etc. The location was great (away from main tourist section) and the view from the rooms was amazing and unobstructed. The facilities were very clean, and they had a beautiful spa. Restaurant was incredible - great, free breakfast, and highly recommend their dinner, which was top notch. Definitely would go back.
