Paysage incroyable

Site avec un paysage incroyable dans les vignobles de Valpolicella. Très belle piscine. Seule inconvénient c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans les chambres, car c’est un vieux bâtiments. Les chambres sont toutefois très bien!

Die Ankunft und Rezeption war überaus freundlich und familiär. Während des Aufenthaltes glich der ungepflegte Pool (teilweise grün mit Algen) einem Freibad- für die Hausgäste war kein Platz am Pool bzw waren bis zu 20 Personen mit Musik etc im/am Pool. Der poolservice an sich war eigentlich nicht vorhanden und man musste nach ewigem warten alles selbst zum Pool schleppen- für ein derartiges Haus unmöglich. Das Frühstück war ebenso ein bitten und betteln und das Service komplett überfordert und extrem unterbesetzt. Frühstück war bis 10:30, ab 10:00 wurde das Buffet bereits peu a peu abegeräumt und die Auswahl war katastrophal! Der Park wirkte insgesamt leicht ungepflegt und es fehlte auch hier Personal! Im ganzen kann ich leider das Hotel nicht empfehlen obwohl es herrlich liegt und schön eingerichtet ist, aber für den Preis gibt es in der Region mehr Service!

Super verblijf en.......Amarone

Super lokatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Middenin de eigen wijngaard war super biologische wijnen worden gemaakt waaronder een Amarone. De wijntour om deze te proeven maakt het verblijf compleet. Het restaurant serveert heerlijke gerechten dus de deur hoef je niet meer uit. Kamer is prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanrader!!!

Exzellentes Essen im Restaurant

Wir waren von der Zimmerausstattung enttäuscht ☹️, dass Badezimmer mit Dachschrägen, auch als normalgrosse schlanke Person, sehr beengt. Unter dem Waschtisch tropfte es und um zu Duschen müssten man erstmal sehr viele Liter Wasser laufen lassen, bevor das Wasser nur lauwarm wurde. Beides wurde bemängelt, abgestellt oder geändert wurde es nicht. Der Service war gut und der Koch hat uns ein sehr gutes Essen auf hohem Niveau zubereitet. Das essen war das Beste an dem Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist nur über eine sehr schmale Straße zu erreichen.

Номер, предоставленный при заселении не соответствовал бронированию, а именно душ/туалет не в номере, а отдельный, на заданный вопрос персоналу отеля о несоответствии сослались на допущенную ошибку hotels.com. WiFi не работал при наличии сигнала, не в номере, не на территории отеля. Окна номера выходили в сторону бассейна, от которого исходил постоянный шум (система очистки, либо что-то ещё), а спать с закрытыми окнами (август +30), чтобы не слышать этот шум, учитывая отсутствие кондиционера в номере просто невозможно. Наутро в отеле засорилась система водоотведения, туалет не спускал, в душе вода не сливалась. Завтрак посредственный.

Herrliche Lage mitten in den Weinbergen. Tolles Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Leider war unser Badezimmer nicht sauber aber das hat den Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt

Hamnade här på grund av vackra bilder och bra recensioner. Levde inte helt upp till förväntningarna Personalen var mycket trevlig. Rummet var kalt o tråkigt, sängen hårt. Det fanns ingen av, vilket jag såg att det stod i beskrivningen efteråt tyvärr. Fanns en fläkt som inte blåste mer än 1 meter fast vi Hade den på max. Bokade menyn med julpaketet för 89€, vilket är mycket pengar, men det i gick all mat o mycket vin Maten var god Men dom var my ner snåla på vinerna Tror inte det var mer än 0.5 dl per glas vilket, enligt oss, är lite. Köpte ett glas vid poolen på em och det var oxå väldigt snålt tilltaget jämfört alla andra vingårdar o hotell vi bott på.

Looked like a really nice place...

Booked for our family with small children and pre-paid the day before, expecting a tranquil 2 nights stay with good food and wines. Drove for 5 hours to get to the hotel. Ten minutes before arrival we got a call from the property letting us know that there had been a mistake and they had no rooms available for us. The lady working the front desk tried to find another room for us at another property and eventually succeeded. We got booked at an Italian sport hotel full of youngsters partying all night. Our kids could hardly get into the pool because of the pool party going on. Not exactly what we were looking for. No refund or compensation was offered.

A perfect place to start your next vacation. We got the most fantastic welcome from the receptionist. The kitchen was outstanding. The surrounding was fantastic as well and of course really good wine. Me and my family are looking forward to come back.

Feedback massimago:)

Pent sted med flotte omgivelser. Hyggelig personale, hjelpsomme, men opplevde til tider at det manglet oversikt og kontroll. Rommet var veldig varmt og hadde kun en bråkete vifte, ble derfor dårlig med søvn. Frokosten var bra når du var tidlig ute. Utplukket når du kom senere, måtte spørre om mye påfyll av brød og pålegg. Setmeny - middag med winepairing var skuffende. Maten var grei men du forventer på en vingård og til en setmeny at du vil få vin til alle rettene og spørsmål om mer vin/påfyll eller å kjøpe fremfor å bli sittende med tomme glass store deler av middagen, før og under middagen. Vinsmakingen var bra gjennomført! Personlig hadde vi høye forventninger til stedet og ble derfor litt skuffet! Men alt i alt helt greit og midt på treet!

Magiskt!

Otroligt vackert och charmigt! Om man inte sammanstrålar med en värmebölja på 42 grader så kan rummen utan AC nog fungera strålande bra. Otroligt vackert och skulle garanterat åka tillbaka för att njuta av detta fantastiska ställe som ligger på landsbygden i ett av dom mest exklusiva vindisktrikten. Dom serverade 5 eller 7 rätters meny på kvällen av lokala/egen odlade produkter allt från kryddor, frukt till kött, komponerande till deras egna vin. Otroligt lyxigt och välgjort:) poolen ligger fantastiskt fint och allt är bara sådär ”off” som man vill ha det! Vuxenlyx!
