Guests must communicate their estimated arrival time (between 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.) in advance.
Arrivals after 6:30 p.m. may incur additional costs, and check-ins after 10:00 p.m. will not be accepted.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding possible technical or service issues due to the remote location of the Cinque Terre National Park, where response times may occasionally be longer. Please also note that heating is legally prohibited from April 1 to November 8.
