Beautiful hotel! Our room was perfect with all of the amenities that you need and a gorgeous view of the lake! The staff was so friendly and helpful! It is a 20-25 minute walk to the ferry that takes you to other areas of the lake. The ferry to Bellagio is an hour and a half. If I were to come again I would have stayed closer to the areas where we wanted to go. Great hotel and staff but a bit far from the action. Lecco was a bit of a sleepy town in late October.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who are attentive and provide an excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the niche touches of sweets and water in reception and the complimentary minibar for night one are a memorable touch. This is my second stay at this lovely hotel and I can’t recommend it enough.

Check-in was swift and seamless, offering helpful local tips and a sincere smile that made me feel instantly at home. 🍽️ Breakfast was equally impressive, served at your room, it was just fabulous. 🛏️ Room & Amenities The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and care. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind, making our trip in Milano as unique experience. 💬 Final Thoughts In a world where luxury often feels impersonal, this hotel stands out for its heart. The staff didn’t just provide service—they created connection. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this genuine. I left feeling not just rested but truly cared for.
