「The Sussex Motel is one of those simple 1960's era motels that are fast disappearing. You know the type: drive up and park right in front of your door, you have an old fashioned metal key, the room is spacious enough to sleep 12, if you had to. But, the place has been modernized -- and nicely at that. It's clean, everything works, the water pressure is forceful and the staff is delightful.
One thing, though: there is no one manning a front desk, so you must have a cell phone to check in. You...
「The property manager was a kind woman who greeted us when we came in and was very welcoming. We stayed in room 3, where everything was clean and the room was cool. We did have a bit of noisy neighbors but we know that’s out of their control. Great place for stargazing, just have to walk down the driveway to see more clearly because of the lights. Would come again and would recommend!」

「From the outside u would not expect to see how the insides look. It litrally looked like i wwas walking into a bedroom in my own house. Clean. Had a very home feeling to it. And any issues or questions were personally called . Or answered right away . Will be staying again without a doubt 」
「I am 88 years old, so the stairs in the TQ are always a challenge. That said, Sue and the rest of the staff couldn't be more accommodating, carrying my bags up stairs, etc. It would be nice, of course, if the TQ had some kind of elevator.... 」
