"Check in was easy and efficient. Property is beautiful with lots of wildlife, frogs, toucans, lizards and butterflies. Could use some updates to make the house more comfortable, i.e. mattress in master bedroom, couch cushions and pool/patio furniture."

"We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. While it's not very long, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. We had a Toyota Corolla and managed just fine, except during one rainy night when the car couldn’t make it up the hill, and we had to walk to the property. That was the only minor inconvenience.The outdoor area of the property is still under construction, and the hosts mentioned that they plan to build a pool soon, which will be a great addition. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back to this place in the future!"

The villa offered both comfort and space for our family of four. The owners were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the breathtaking view. Our villa overlooked the lush forest, with a stunning glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Every morning, we enjoyed the natural spectacle right from our patio, where we were fortunate to spot Capuchin monkeys, vibrant Scarlet Macaws, lizards, and delicate hummingbirds fluttering nearby. The tranquil surroundings and exceptional hospitality made Villas en el Bosque a truly unforgettable retreat. It's a place where nature, comfort, and a sense of serenity come together to create an idyllic getaway."
