Great stay

Excellent & quiet location next to canal, Massimo a very helpful and friendly host. Apartment comes stocked with useful items for guests like olive oil, salt & pepper, washing machine pod, dish soap, toilet paper. Would happily stay again.

Amazing location and even more amazing host. Massimo was the best—very communicative, helpful recommendations, and warm hearted. We took up most of his recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed our time seeing the hidden jewels of Venice (as well as all of the iconic spots). The apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly located to reach everywhere we wanted to go in 15 minutes or less. We loved the neighborhood and would happily stay here again!

Great Apartment and Great Location

We loved the apartment. It was so clean and a true Venice experience. We loved being away from the crowds yet close to everything. We had a true local experience.. Massimo is so helpful and kind. Great communication. Great value. Made our stay so special.

Tour of Italy - Venice

This was a wonderful stay in Venice! It was our first time and Mossimo was extremely helpful when we arrived. The apartment was just right for our family of 5 - we enjoyed that it was in a quieter part of the city away from the heavy tourist traffic, but easy to walk to sights like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Venice!

Wonderful host, great location

Massimo is a wonderful host! Very helpful with recommendations and so very attentive. The apartment was perfectly situated, comfortable, and has everything a family needs. Bakery and market were nearby . Walk to ferry takes 5-7 minutes. Loved our stay. Would definite come back again. Thank you, Massimo!

Gracious host

Massimo was a wonderful host. He communicated with us regularly to make sure we had all the information we needed, provided restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and even helped us locate gluten free options! The apartment was in a great location with easy walking to all the major sites. We loved being so close to a vaporetto stop when we needed to go longer distances. Definitely recommend!

Such a great place and even better host!

We stayed there after a cruise for a several days before heading home. Our communication with the host Massimo was seamless! He was quick to respond, met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. He provided maps and an enormous amount of information of what to see, where to eat locally, and where to go. He even helped us organize our departure to the airport. Just a great host and we would love to stay there again when back in Venice!

Comfortable apartment, great value and location, friendly host.

More authentic apartment in quieter part of Venice. Close to everything. Comfortable stay for our family with canal view. There was a few mosquitos per the time of the year but we were provided with repellent and zappers so they weren’t a bother. Couldn’t figure out the washer but that’s likely just us and we didn’t really need it so we never bothered the host.

Appartement impeccable oĂč il ne manquait absolument rien. Le quartier est sympathique mais l'hĂŽte l'est encore davantage. En arrivant de l'aĂ©roport l'arrĂȘt du vaporetto est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied, une boulangerie ainsi qu'un bon resto sont Ă  moins de 3 minutes. Bref, pour visiter Venise nous n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux.

***fĂŒr Deutsch siehe weiter unten*** Ospite super gentile! Massimo ci ha accolto in modo molto amichevole e ci ha dato molti consigli e raccomandazioni utili. L'appartamento Ăš ben attrezzato e in una posizione eccellente: vicino a San Marco, Rialto e alla fermata Fondamente Nove per Murano o il Lido. E non da dimenticare la vista sul canale :) Noi (2 adulti, 3 bambini) ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e benvenuti e possiamo assolutamente raccomandare Ca' Gallina! *** Super-netter Gastgeber! Massimo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte jede Menge nĂŒtzliche Tipps und Empfehlungen parat. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage: nah an San Marco, Rialto und der Haltestelle Fondamente Nove nach Murano oder zum Lido. Nicht zu vergessen die Kanalsicht :) Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben uns ausgesprochen wohl und willkommen gefĂŒhlt und können Ca' Gallina absolut empfehlen!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist gerĂ€umig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ist sehr gĂŒnstig gelegen sowohl fĂŒr die Anreise vom Flughafen per Schiff zur Anlegestelle Fontamente Nove (37 Minuten) und dann zu Fuß (10 Minuten) als auch fĂŒr die Stadtbesichtigung. Die erste grandiose SehenswĂŒrdigkeit (Die riesige Kirche Santi Giovanni e Paolo) ist in 2 Minuten erreicht, bis zum Markusplatz sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Besser geht es wohl kaum. Also, die Ferienwohung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir wĂŒrden sie wieder buchen. Familie Simon

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans l’appartement de Massimo. La communication Ă©tait simple et efficace, l’accueil a l’arrivĂ©e trĂšs sympathique. Family Spot in Great Location

This flat was perfect for our family of five. The owner lives and owns a shop just around the corner so is very helpful. He went beyond normal hospitality to make us feel welcome and know our way around with a local map all marked with important places. Check in and out was simple and catered to our needs more than the owners. Again 5+ star hospitality! Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and a beautiful view of a quiet canal from both bedrooms and a balcony!!!

Great Place!

I can't say enough about the property and the host. Massimo was very communicative and provided a great overview of the area as well as how to get there. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a quiet place in Venice away from the crowds. I will be staying there again!

Quiet side street in the heart of the action!

This was the perfect house for our family of four. We were 5 min. from Rialto Bridge but the area was quiet and calm. The apartment is clean, fully-stocked with everything you need, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is old, and with that comes the expected things like fluctuating water temperature in showers. Massimo, the owner, is exceptional and takes pride in offering you the highlights of his city. There are stairs and no lift to the third floor apartment. The pictures reflect the booking well. We were very happy with our stay and recommend it to friends.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen. Einfach und sauber mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hilft mit Tips fĂŒr SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Restaurants und ist immer ansprechbar. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt , um Venedig kennenzulernen.

appartement calme en plein coeur de Venise

TrÚs bon séjour chez Massimo qui nous a accueilli et donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre voyage. L'appartement est bien situé dans le quartier de Cannaregio (10 min du Rialto et proche de l'embarcadÚre pour les ßles) avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le logement est trÚs bien adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes, nous n'avons manqué de rien pour cuisiner, la literie est plutÎt bonne et Massimo nous a offert quelques spécialités en guise de bienvenue. Nous recommandons!

Venezia in ottobre

Poprietario educato, disponibile, competente. Diretta conseguenza: l'appartamento Ăš di grande praticitĂ , confortevole, ubicato in una zona di Venezia molto bella e al contempo lontana dal brusio delle masse turistiche. Parimenti, in pochi minuti si raggiungono i centri nevralgici della cittĂ . Spero di tornare presto e di trovare l'appartamento disponibile.
