"Had an all-too-brief one night stay here for business and stayed in one of their standard rooms. The room was perfectly clean and had a great view of the front pool and gardens. The property is set back from the road and very quiet - I had the windows open all night and heard nothing but birds waking me up. The receptionist was very friendly and personally escorted me to my room to ensure I had no trouble getting in with their recently upgraded key system. Wonderful breakfast as well. 10/10...

Our suite was a nice size for our family of 4 and the location was perfect for access to the station and airport bus departure as well as walking to all the main sights. The room was clean, comfortable and the view just fabulous! We got used to the tooting horns of the boats and loved watching the boat traffic pass by. Breakfast was just beautiful. Andrea sent clear and detailed instructions on how to get there. He gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived even helping to carry our luggage up the stairs. "The venice lion residence was absolutely clean and their staff are really nice. A coffee machine located in a relaxed area made us relax to have a better day. If the entrance gate would work properly with electrical remote which it didn't I could suppose five stars hotel in overall. It would be one of my favourite choice if I want book a hotel for holiday again. "
