"Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff went the extra mile every day. Our bathroom was showing its age with slow drains and a running toilet. We left a laptop there and were glad they notified us quickly. They use a service to ship items and I was a bit shocked to have to spend approx $200 USD. My mistake, but that seems excessive."
