"Room wasnt great for a 4 star , tv was outdated (not even a smart tv) only 2 pillows in the bed we had to ask for more , room was dinghy , no iron in room , its a shame as the hotel was nice but the room let it down ... also strange marks on the wall paper just didnt feel like it matched the hotel . "Easy journey to Marco Polo airport from the Carnival hotel on the Aliaguna water bus to Guglie a short walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings."

"Very good hotel to stay in Venice. Clean and close to any place in Venice taking waterbus or people mover. Need to improve restaurant services, waiters made too many mistakes, look everyone were on training"
