Sarebbe il caso per loro di aggiungere qualcosina alla colazione oppure di sostituire il surgelato, detto ciò la mia è solo una umile opinione e spero venga considerata costruttiva perche purtroppo gli albergatori in Italia stanno andando verso il declino per colpa di queste strutture...

"The room was at the end of the hotel, set by itself with a sign that said Hotiday Room Collection. The room was dated and needed some upgrading. We had to pay for parking, even though they had their own parking lot. There were restaurants within walking distance. We did not get the breakfast. "

"The staff person who checked us in the first day was really not kind or helpful (we were there for a wedding and my husband's shirt got wrinkled in transit... we asked where we could an iron or a laundromat and she said no way, but there is literally a laundromat 500 feet away). There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We absolutely could not figure out how to turn on the AC and the room looked like it was from the 1950s. Stay somewhere else."
