"The rooms are pretty dated- there was a lot of room and a kitchen we didn't need but was very old looking. Beds were comfortable and staff were nice. I was told I had a bottle of wine for being a VIP but I never received it. OJ's attached was decent but slow service for a dead Monday. "

"Stunning property with great views. I found the rooms not veey sound proof. I would get woken up from other people entering the rooms. The doors just close very loud. And the hot tub was luke warm, with it being cooler outside still it would of been nice for a bit more heat and jet pressure. But other then that the hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, very clean. "

"The good: Staff is great. The pool is great, as well as the gym and hot tub. The bad: The room was fairly dated, we had a chip in the wall and the bathroom drain was not working fully. We also had empty bottle of shower gel when we arrived. For the Fairmont, you kind of expect everything to be perfect as I have stayed at lots of Fairmont properties before and this was the most underwhelming Fairmont experience I have had."

"Cleaning staff was friendly, but the front desk staff I found rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, nobody would answer, the text option they had no answer on that, I went down with questions about checkout, and they responded one word very rudely. The restaurant staff was great, and the food was good. But because of the front desk staff, I will never stay at this location again"
