➢ Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee of $35 per pet and per stay. Please clean/pickup after your pet

➢ Garage can park up to 2 cars
and Driveway can park additional 2 cars. There is also another 2 cars can be on the street in front of the house.

➢ Please clean the grill after using. Failure to do so may result to cleaning fine charge

➢ Please separate the garbage. Food, lunch boxes, plastic bags and other garbage should be put in the gray trash can, not the recyclable trash can (blue). If found not sorted, fine is $100.

➢ Trash day is on Thursday. Please help us push the trash bins to the curbside on Wednesday and pull them back on Thursday if it's during your stay

➢ Just to inform that our current photos shows the carpet but it is already replaced with hardwood floor.

➢ Please keep the AC setting below 65 in winter and above 74 in summer

➢ Please close the Fence door after use, above and below, or the entire fence may fall due to high wind.

➢ No cable is not available but you can use your own streaming account such as Netflix etc.
