"We hav difficulties with the shower, it was hard to turn the faucet. The number of towels was too low for 4 persons in the same room. You don't hav a continental breakfast included with the room cost. We hav delay also to get to the airport because ur shuttle was full and was not able to bring 4 of us, the bags was already inside. At least you paid for the cab to bring us at the airport, but we had more suitcases to move ourselfes. For our next trip, we will go in an other hotel for sure."

"Very close to Canada place and Waterfront station which was important as our cruise departed from there. The staff were friendly and extremely efficient. They were able to accommodate us with an early check in as our room was ready. we were very grateful after a very long flight. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with luxurious amenities. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend."
