"We were greeted at the elevator entrance to the property before we even entered the building by a helpful bellman who offered to manage our baggage. Check in was a pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable. We got in late and ordered room service which was fast and friendly. Great place. Will consider both this location and other Fairmont properties for future stays."

"In the covered pool just one thing. The larger pool in that area has a sign that says this is to be a quiet and reflective area. It was anything but with children splashing jumping shouting and plastic toys."

"Not quite as nice as the pictures, but not bad. Relatively clean and good room. Smaller bathroom, sink outside the door. Pretty comfy beds, but outside was quite noisy with the highway, at least on the upper floor we were in. Not terrible, not fantastic. I’d be willing to go there again."
