「Staff is very nice, along with a clean well maintained property」

「Loved it being smoke free property. Casino was not crowded but didn’t hear anyone winning. The grill restaurant had a good burger and good breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.」

「Colazione impeccabile consigliato」

「Nos gustó mucho estuvimos muy cómodos volveremos a ir」

「This is an older property that has been remodeled and given new life. We were delighted with what we found, especially for the price! The room was clean and updated. The lighting (not grealways at in hotel rooms) was indeed great in this hotel room. We felt safe. The hotel is near easy highway access, but tucked away so it is not in a busy or noisy location. The drive into quaint downtown Ocean Springs and into Biloxi to see the beach was a breeze. Customer service was provided with a smile....

「Single elevator was broken during entire 3 night stay. Hot and cold water were switched on bathroom faucet. Very poor lighting in shower/ toilet area.」

「The room was very nice. The price was very reasonable. We will choose to stay here again.」

「Loved everything about Scarlet Pearl」

「Very nice property. Personally I didn’t care for the rain shower head and the water most of the time was lukewarm. Staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. Food prices are outrageously high on the property and the rewards program is a joke anymore. Slots are tight. We enjoyed Boomtown casino more, that’s where husband played poker.」

「It's ok」

「Great spot! The man who checked us in was genuinely nice and helpful. The room was nice and well lit with ambient lighting. The bathroom was a bit dated, but all was spotless with a large counter and a back-lit mirror great for make up.」
