I’ve stayed here before and it was wonderful. Not so much this time.
Staff was not friendly at check in, out or with issues mid stay. Elevators were iffy at best. Not particularly clean or well kept in either room, 2nd following sewage problem in the 1st. Rooms were not cleaned well before occupancy. Couldn’t get temp below 71 on heat advisory days. Destination fee charges daily for 2 bottles of water and internet (who still charges for internet?) when housekeeping wasn’t daily so you sure weren’t getting your expensive water replacement. All in all a massive disappointment.

This place was beautiful amenities were great. However i only issue was no toilet paper for 2 bathrooms between 3 women. Again other than that our stay was beautiful
