Quiet neighborhood, great location with easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs. "We live in TN and wanted to get to the beach for the weekend. Kathryn's house was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view! We arrived on Friday to an immaculent house and plenty of information to walk us through all of it's features. Saturday morning was disappointing weather wise but we were able to have coffee on the porch and watch a beautiful lightening storm over the ocean. "This property is extremely overpriced. The pool was dirty. The yard was unkempt with garbage in it and grassy areas to my mid calf. The back door was apparently blown open by the wind and tore the door jam off— which was put in using penny nails instead of the correct kind. It looked like someone tried to break In but the owner assured us that didn’t happen because if they wanted to they could break in easily and wouldn’t have left it partially broken.
