「Upon arriving, we were told an upgraded room was needed. The upgrade was great, the food was great and i even won a little spending cash in the casino. From beginning to end our stay was perfect. We could not ask for a better overall experience. 」

「My family and I were in town visiting family. Our stay at SpringHill Hotel was great. Great rooms. There was definitely enough room for 4 of us. Breakfast the next morning was fresh with several options. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. 」

「The staff were so friendly, efficient, helpful and very informative with details given regarding the pool and breakfast hours. My daughter and three granddaughters were made to feel welcomed immediately at check in which went smoothly and quickly. I was given a little welcome gift bag with some goodies. A pleasant surprise! We were pleased with the comfort and spaciousness of our room which allowed us to enjoy a good night’s rest. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and we especially enjoyed the fresh...

「good morning I had a booking on June 28th my husband died in this process so I could not make it. I talked to the manager at the property, and she said I had to talk to Expedia this morning Expedia sent me an email saying they could not give Me a refund because they could not reach the hotel. I think this is bad business. at least I could have got a credited to come at a later time.」
