「It would’ve been better the bed had a big dip in it n they said that there wasn’t anything that they could do and the bathroom had broken shelves 」

「Only problem we found was thermostat would say room was 68 degrees and clearly wasn't, was more like 73 or 74」

「Our room was relatively clean, but it reeked of cleaning solution-so much that we could hardly stand to be in the room. Overall, the entire complex needs a good cleaning-minus the strong smell!」

「Horrible service around the whole hotel. Food and drinks in restaurants and service in general is pretty bad. People work angry, no smile and serves you as they are doing a favor. This hotel do not look as part of others high end Hard Rock Hotels around the world. 」

「The Palace had very clean rooms, staff was friendly. The Casino was clean and wiped down at all times. The only thing I would rate low, would be the buffet, steamed shrimp were very mushy and food was very bland. The buffet staff was very friendly though. Will book again. 」

「We were in visiting from the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, just a little one-night getaway for us. Conveniently located right near the aquarium, which we had visited before checking-in. The Almanette is absolutely Wonderful!!! Delicious food, fantastic service all around, clean room. Everything was great! So happy to have found this place. 「We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the coliseum, which made getting back and forth easy. We would definitely stay here again!」
