Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A truly enjoyable experience that we’d happily return to.」

「Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!」
