「the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. 「We had a very lovely stay. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The accessibility to town by bus was great. The views were incredible from our room. The a/c worked great. The check in time preferred by the owners is different than what is listed on Expedia. I found them charming and simply would encourage communication.
