"Room was modern, stylish and very clean. Reception efficient but not very friendly. Wi-fi in room we booked did not work so we needed to change room’s after we had already unpacked. Shower is in the bedroom area- looks elegant but makes the room damp and not possible to use without disturbing your partner if they are a sleep."

"Spacious room, but very sparsely furnished, although functional. Beds were more like cots. Breakfast was good. Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."

"Without a doubt the best B & B we have ever stayed in! It was so welcoming and so relaxing. Wonderfully close to everything. Room super comfy, clean and all is nicely decorated. Breakfast was delightful --- set up in a small sitting area with great coffee, orange juice, fresh croissants, fresh fruit and other assorted goodies. Owner is so friendly and helpful and enjoyable to chat with. We will definitely be back! "

"Staff were very friendly. Prime location, however a little tricky to find as it is the first floor of a building through a locked gate. Needs better signage out the front to let people know where they are Rooms are beautiful "

"Arrived a day late due to transport problems. Couldn’t contact them by phone, sent several messages, no one replied! Expedia helped with contact eventually. On arrival at the place we found it was more like a house share, even had a shared bathroom, with the owners son. The plug wall sockets were hanging off the wall! The owner seemed very nice but I had my 10 year old granddaughter, we both felt a little uneasy. We actually left without sleeping there, we got a hotel down the road with...

"The property was just as advertised. The host and hostess were phenomenal people. They were so kind to us. They brought us traditional cake and red wine. The amenities were very nice. Super nice kitchen to cook in and a large bathroom to accommodate the family. Hope to visit again soon."

"Ideal for getting away from it all (we went on honeymoon) tucked away from the crowds. Ideal for visiting Verona and Lake Garda and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. It has a lovely outdoor space for sitting in the sun or shade of the olive tree. My one suggestion for improvement would be better directions / labelling of the property as it took us ages to find. The other one would be it needs some tea towels! Thanks Serena for being a wonderful host."
