The breakfast was nice, the room was ok, old but clean, the service was excellent. Location was perfect.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators.

Cleanliness is satisfactory, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is freshly cooked. Overall rating of the hotel is very good and I will certainly recommend it.
