"Did not receive on time a code to enter the property, after couple phone calls and 30 min later we received the code. Employees not inform good enough that the room was occupied because suddenly somebody enter the room without announcing while my wife was just out the shower. Couple products where insufficienc for a 7 days stay like 1 roll of toilet paper, Peper and salt, coffee, dishwashing and laundry detergent. These products we needed to buy extra in bulk because you cannot buy just 2 or 3...

"Lots of construction. Inside of property satisfactory. Biggest complaint they over booked our room .so we were left scrambling to find a place for the night. One day lost of our time. Communication was terrible. Emails in Spanish and we were not notified until almost 2 pm. I did contact them by phone and email trying to get updates to no avail "

"We loved our time in Rincon de La Victoria. Enough space for a family of four (two teenagers). Excellent location, near many beach restaurants. The beach is amazing and can’t say enough about this area. Would definitely stay here again!"
