I stayed during a heatwave. My room had something that appeared to be an electric fan, but no matter how much I fiddled with the contols, I could do no more than get the motor to run. I don’t know whether the machine was a fan or a heater, but, either way, there should have been a functioning fan. Brushing off the circumstances as unprecedented, as the management did, fails to recognize that hot, muggy days and nights in Oxford have happened before and will again. I did not appreciate management's repeatedly addressing me by my surname without an honorific. Clearly, they don’t care about treating their guests with respect. Lastly, the checkin system is cumbersome. The machine is a small area that cannot accommodate anyone checking in with luggage and anothe guest trying to enter or exit.

Clean room and great parking.

The staff were friendly and super helpful and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The shower was over a sunken bath which was rather awkward (suggest conversion to a standard shower base). Overall, would recommend as a place to stay.

Lovely spa and a great room, all in an excellent location.

The accommodation was located close to all the amenities the three security doors before you got to the left makes you feel really safe. The apartment was spacious clean and gives you the full city living experience
