"Great location"

"La ubicación era buena, pero la limpieza y el servicio deja que desear."

"Very nice hotel at the price. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The bathroom floor was dirty which we discovered cleaning a slow leak from the sink. The parking was full when we arrived from dinner due to a private party on the property. The front desk staff was accommodating offering me a spot in the no parking area. Would recommend for a value stay in the Rioja area."

"Clean and hospitable"

"Clean and comfortable accommodation with a very helpful and friendly host. Situated in a quite and relax town."

"Perfect place to get a taste of a small historic farming town and share simple special moments with the locals. The property and the staff are great."

"Comfortable beds, extra pillows. Spacious shower room with large towels. Bar and restaurant"

"Fab"

"A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"

"This hotel is perfect for a traveler with nearness to highway and very simple checkin and rooms. The pub was perfect for an evening drink after a hard drive and the food was very good as well, service at bar great. "

"Great place to stay. We stayed night before ferry from Bilbao which was conveniently just 1.5 hours drive to the port"

"I recommend for the value."

"Great place, really good restaurant "

"The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Beautiful rooms and a short walk into town."

"Fab position by the station, clean rooms, great value"

"Staff are great. Parking is good. Room clean and comfortable "

"The staff were extremely helpful during Check-in, and took the time to explain how the parking worked, restaurant recommendations, etc. Would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Nice hotel, in the center of the city Staff super helpful Will stay again"

"Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!"
