The staff are not helpful at all, people have to self-serve for the luggage for a $500/night
the bathroom is very small, the shower is not clean and the mat in the shower was so gross that my husband had to wear slippers to shower, my daughter and I rather skipped shower even though we were so smelly and sticky from sightseeing
the weather in Venice is still so hot (93 degrees)
the breakfast is pretty much continental breakfast with no hot food at all and the dining room is very small, no window and can only accommodate 8 people at a time
