Our beautifully situated family chalet has an area of ​​280 m² (8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, 2 kitchens) located in the southern Alps in Pra loup Molanes, breathtaking views of the Ubaye valley and adjoining the Mercantour park. The chalet consists of 5 parental rooms as well as 3 children's rooms. Fitted kitchens: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven. Washing machine. Linen not provided. TV, wifi and board games. 500m from the gondola and ski lessons, giving access to the Lumiere area (180 km of slopes). Ideal family meeting or rental to several families. Rental from Sunday to Sunday possible rates including charges. No pets allowed, no smoking

Overall pleasant stay, but no luxury.

Connection to the ski bus is not ideal. Good value for money. Needs some renovation. Handwritten notes in the house are unreadable for non-french people :-)

Chalet très bien pour grand groupe ou plusieurs familles, grands espaces, propre, bien équipé en jeux et livres en cas de mauvais temps et à 2 min de la station par loup pour de nombreuses activités, pas très moderne mais convivial.

séjour agréable chalet grand sur 3 étages mais qui mériterait un bon coup de remise à neuf. Dommage qu'il soit assez loin des pistes beaucoup plus de 500M, avons pris la voiture tous les jours pour aller au départ des oeufs.

Belle vue et grand chalet. Sérieux

Parfait mais petite précision sur le bruit de la route et quelques lits peu confort. Sinon très bien équipé, bcp de salon et espaces.

Nice Stay in the Mountains

Great location, and a nice view, there is no sun after 16h (august) but it is a nice house, in a lovely surrounding. Pra Loup 1600 is closeby (half hour walk or 10 minute bike) for your small groceries or visiting a restaurant. Little problem is you have to walk all your stuff up a small mountain pad. You can not park your car upstairs. Overall a great stay, in a great surrounding!
