Hotel avec un accueil agreable L'hotel est ancien mais tres propre. Il est dans un beau cadre. La piscine est agreable. La chambre est simple mais efficace. Pas pris le petit déjeuner ni de repas.

Décevant. On attends bien plus d’un 4*

Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles. Odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain, bien qu’elle ai l’air d’avoir été restaurée récemment la douche a des traces de moisissures. Chambre et literie confortable mais mauvaise isolation phonique. Pas de prise électrique proche du lit. Accueil à la réception très minimaliste. Attention le parking extérieur est commun avec la résidence voisine il est souvent complet. Le parking couvert de l’hôtel est quant à lui payant et à très peu de places.

Une grosse déception

Les chambres ne sont absolument pas 4 étoiles !Dans notre " mini suite" les tables de nuit n'étaient que des planchettes sans tiroir , le meuble bureau était vieux et de piètre qualité, le balcon si petit qu'il n'y avait la place que pour 2 petits sièges sans table , les wc sont dans la minuscule salle de bains où rien n'est prévu pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Seuls le personnel est parfait, les parties communes assez jolies et surtout la restauration est remarquable ( 1 toque chez Gault et Millaud ,largement méritée ).

L hotel a des installations 4 *, les chambres et le service en chambre d un niveau 3*. Nous avons commandé des menus suggérés, nous n avons mangé aucun des plats. On nous a annoncé être surclassé alors que nous avions déjà réservé la chambre la plus confortable?. Bref, un séjour en amoureux un peu gâché.

Arrivés à 16h ( alors qu’un mail de l’hôtel avait preconisé arrivée à 15h), nous avons dû attendre 30mn notre chambre . La responsable nous a reproché d’avoir fait la réservation via hôtels.com! Chambre standard , petite mais assez confortable , salle de bains propre mais à refaire ( lavabo fêlé, support de douche cassé, serviettes élimées, seuls savon et liquide lavant corps- cheveux à disposition). Un peu juste pour un hôtel 4*. Très bon petit déjeuner mais uniquement à l’intérieur et buffet peut-être pas optimal pour COVID-19. Dommage, surtout en été.

Lazy and unhelpful hotel staff. Nobody helped us with our baggage. Miserable beds. No service at the pool. No iron in the room. Very rude bar tender. The restaurant was good. The staff was very friendly, did a fine job and the food was delicious. All in all I was disappointed. I have stayed in many 4-star hotels and this hotel is definitely not worthy of four stars! My wife and I didn't feel welcome and we will definitely not return or recommend this hotel. Faules und nicht hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Niemand hat uns mit unserem Gepäck geholfen. Miserable Betten. Kein Service am Pool. Kein Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Sehr unhöflicher Barmann. Das Restaurant war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat gute Arbeit geleistet und das Essen war köstlich. Alles in allem war ich enttäuscht. Ich habe in vielen 4-Sterne-Hotels übernachtet und dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht vier Sterne wert! Meine Frau und ich haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt und wir werden auf keinen Fall wiederkommen oder dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Ok hotell ca 40 minuter med bil från Les Salles-sur-Verdon. Provade aldrig restaurangen eller poolen men Gréoux-les-Bains är en mysig liten by med små bra restauranger och Gorges du Verdon är en häftig upplevelse.
