「Our room was clean! Brea and Tiffany were the staff who were the most friendly, helpful, and great talking with our children about the resort. The amenities were great despite the negative degrees outside that caused some extra shut downs or coldness....but it was perfect for needing a get-a-way for our family!」

「Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

「Hotel is clean and quiet. Dds are comfortable. The staff is excellent. The young lady that works the desk during the day is outstanding. Always has a smile to greet guests. She incredibly patient with me . Light breakfast is filling and the coffee is good. Even the house keepers are kind and courteous. Will definitely stay again. 」

「Starting from the front desk, the owner is the one who checked me in n he was very professional, friendly. The air freshner he uses in the lobby n halls smells so good! The rooms, all i can say OMG...my room was very clean, the decor is beautiful and, no chipped furniture, well stocked of towels. I will definitely come back here. If ur in the area come stay here, u'll be happy that u did.」
