"First, to acknowledge that the area is in a more rural setting in Uganda, so no big city expectations. At check-in the staff could not find the reservation, despite being shown the emails. The staff in the restaurant were inattentive and even neglectful, so much so that we walked out, unfed. The rooms were showing visible signs of neglect and poor maintenance. "Very nice hotel in Soroti, probably the best where we stayed in Uganda. Definitely our base when we come to visit wife's family. Great breakfast, very nice staff. Only slight issues was with water as I get now as a normal in Uganda"
