"I love this modern, well decorated hotel, very close to the main square and to the pedestrian Jiron Kima, with pkenty of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, ice cream shps etc. Staff was very professional and friendly, willing to make our stay the best experience. They booked for us the transport to Juliaca airport and carried our suit cases to the minibus. The only limitation is that the hotel street and the adjacent Jiron Lima were pedestrian only. That was not a real inconvenience since tours'operators sent someone to pick us from the hotel and 2 or 3 blocks where the bus or minivan was stationed. And we left for Juliaca airport, the hotel staff carried our suit cases to the minivan that would take us to the airport. Great breakfast buffet, with fruit, scramble eggs, different options to make a sandwich. Granola, yogurts, natural juices. oatmeal etc etc plus coffee, and different teas and infusions. I strongly recommend this hotel that provides excelent service for a budget friendly rate. I found then via Expedia, like all the rest oh hotels in this 3 week trip."

As per front desk, the temp was a bit higher than normal, so the room was warm, a bit warmer than what I like. "What an incredible place and location. Ronaldo and his wife were amazing hosts, My arrival time changed and he had no problem picking me up at the dock very late at 10 pm. accommodation was very cosy with an incredible view of the lake. I was worried about the room being cold but the bed had so many fantastic, comforters and blankets on it I was warm all night and had a fantastic sleep. In the morning, I had a beautiful freshly made breakfast and Ronaldo gave me a tour of the floating community. I highly recommend this place to stay. It will be a memory I never forget."

"Family is extremely welcoming, place is very unusual and festive on the water After dark the taxi drops you of 300 meter from the boat. Taxi driver will help find the way. Boatride is a bit adventurage in the dark. Nice trups to islands...."
